Rajesh is working as a faculty in the field of Digital Marketing and Business Analytics in Mittal School of Business. He is also serving as a TPC in the same School. He has been associated with LPU for the past 8 years.Prior to joining LPU, he has worked with various organizations in the field of GRE, GMAT, CAT Training such as TIME, IMS, CL, TCYonline. He has been a verbal faculty in TIME Vizag, Director and Verbal Faculty in IMS Guntur, Director and Verbal Faculty in CL Ongole and Director and Verbal Faculty in Logic Academy Kakinada. He has also served as a Product Manager for Study Abroad Programs in TCYonline.com. He has a rich experience in training more than 30,000 GRE Students. He was also the franchisee of The Gate Academy Vijaywada, Gutur and Ongole. He was also the HoD of English in RAA Atoll Education Center, Ministry of Education, Republic of Maldives.Besides being associated with various prestigious educational institutions, he has also worked in the industry and has been associated with various companies such as JSW Steel, Mumbai and HDFC Bank Vizag.He holds more than 100 certifications from various universities such as the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard University in fields of Data Science, Business Analytics etc.

"Sharda is a Post Graduate in English, B Ed, BCA with experience spanning over 16 years in varied industries. She started her career as a trainer in a coaching institute, later worked with E-Serve Intl, an affiliate of Citigroup Financial Services, Mumbai as a Doc Reviewer in Mortgages section. She then joined HSBC HDPI in Visakhapatnam as Customer Service Executive for UK Projects. Being a part of the entrepreneurial journey she joined the team of The Gate Academy as Centre Manager for their branch in Andhra Pradesh. After few years she joined as Coordinator in reputed CBSE School where she served for 8+ years in various roles and resigned as Activities Coordinator taking English and Mass Media subject. Then she joined LPU as an Assistant Professor in CPE dept. Sharda is an MIEE (Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert) since last 5 years. She is an MIE Trainer since last 4 years. Sharda has several certifications from Microsoft. She is MCE (Microsoft Certified Educator) and MTA certified (Microsoft Technical Associate). She is Minecraft Global Mentor, a Wakelet Ambassador, Flipgrid certified Educator, Kahoot certified, Adobe Certified Educator and Adobe Ambassador. She is an SDG Ambassador spreading awareness about Sustainable Development Goals. Ms Sharda has been mentor for International Entrepreneurship projects where in her team has been adjudged International winners and were invited to Microsoft Head Quarters, Seattle, USA to be honoured by Mr Anthony Salcito, Vice President Education at Microsoft.
